INFLUENCER MARKETING STRATEGIST

As an Influencer Marketing Strategist, you’ll report directly to Head of Influencer Marketing Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our campaigns are planned and executed, providing data driven insights and creativity to ensure success for our partnered brands. If you are passionate about Influencer Marketing and driven by creativity and strategy, this is role is for you!

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing relevant influencers, producing creative campaign briefs and evaluating campaign results, giving strategic recommendations to our clients. Additionally, you will support the sales team with insights and creative ideation for proposals and pitches. 

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious person who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to work effectively both independently and alongside others. 

Main duties and responsibilities 

• Create visually appealing and detailed campaign briefs, ensuring strategic alignment for brands and influencers.
• Analyze organic and paid campaign results and create comprehensive reports including actionable insights and recommendations to support growth. 
• Source influencers for partnered brands based on audience data, brand alignment and content quality. 
• Support the Sales team with insights and creative ideas for proposals and pitch decks.
• Understand a company’s marketing goals/KPIs and advise strategies on how to grow a successful influencer marketing program.
• Stay ahead in the Influencer Marketing landscape, trends, technology and innovative practices.

   

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy or influencer marketing. 
• Knowledge and understanding of social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Highly creative thinker with strategic and analytic capabilities.
• Creative eye with the ability to create visually strong presentations. 
• Collaborative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Google Slides and Google Spreadsheet. 
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
